This page explains what we collect when you use the assessment on this site, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

Your assessment answers. Each answer you give is stored against a random session identifier so we can calculate your score and show your results.

Your email address, when you enter it to open your results.

Your first name, only if you choose to give it. This is optional and is never required to see your results or to buy anything. We do not ask for a phone number and we do not send text messages.

Basic technical information — the page that referred you, your browser user agent, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on.

Apple Health daily summaries, only when a member explicitly imports an Apple Health export and confirms saving it. The ZIP and raw XML stay in that member's browser; we receive daily summaries for supported measurements, the source label, and the import time. Importing is optional.

Connected health accounts, only when a member chooses to authorize a supported provider such as Fitbit or Oura. We store the provider name, granted permissions, connection status, and encrypted access credentials needed to maintain the connection. Provider passwords are entered only on the provider's site and are never sent to us. A member can disconnect at any time from Health Connections.

How we use it

To produce and send your score, to improve the assessment, and to send you related health emails.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your assessment answers with advertisers. We do not upload or retain raw Apple Health export files.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your data at any time and we will do it.
