Built from your assessment

Your membership starts here

Membership turns your score into something you actually do. You get the full 28-day programme, an AI coach that has read your assessment, and a score you retake to see whether what you changed was worth keeping.

The 28-day programme

01Move, and sleep

Week one is the two with the most behind them. A ten-minute walk you can repeat, and a wake time you can hold - nothing here is complicated, and that is rather the point.

02Something difficult, and people

Learning that is genuinely a bit hard, and conversation that is not typed. Both are associated with brain health, and both are the first things a busy week deletes.

03The unglamorous eating

Vegetables, fish, olive oil, less packaged food. Nothing exotic and nothing to buy - the patterns in the research are familiar ones, which is why this week is small swaps rather than a diet.

04Make it survive

Consistency work. The habits here fail by being crowded out rather than by being wrong, so week four puts them in a calendar and writes the minimum version.

Questions

Is this a memory test?

No. It scores everyday habits — movement, sleep, social contact, hearing and learning. It does not assess memory and could not.

Will this prevent anything?

We make no claim of that kind, and you should treat anyone who does with suspicion. The habits here are associated with brain health in the research; that is the whole claim.

Is this brain training?

No. Trials of brain-training products have generally shown people improving at the trained task rather than beyond it. This asks for something real and difficult instead.

What is the AI coach, exactly?

A chat assistant that has already read your assessment answers and your score. It gives general guidance on habits — it is not a doctor and will tell you when something is a question for one.

Can I cancel?

Any time. There is a “Manage membership” link inside the programme that opens Stripe’s billing portal, where you can cancel yourself. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

What if it is not for me?
